I've decided that a mage can extract a number of pawns of vis equal to:
(Creo + Vim + Magic Theory + Aura*3) / 5
in the course of a season, up to a maximum of 12 pawns a year.
This is Vim vis. I am going to rule that Vim vis may NOT be changed 
via the ReVi Change the Nature of Vis "vis blender" spell, though it
CAN be used for the ritual itself.

i.e., if you have a pawn of Vim vis from extraction, and a pawn of
Herbam vis, you can cast Change the Nature of Vis, have the pawn
of Vim vis consumed, and turn the Herbam vis into Ignem vis.

This permits the magi slightly better access to vis (and the Vim vis
is needed to cast the Aegis of the Hearth), without having the magi
sit in their laboratories cooking up tons of vis which they then
transform.
