Lucius was a mercenary knight, although late in his life, Uther Pendragon
raised him to the status of vassal knight, granting him a small manor outside
the city of Lincoln. The men of the family now hold the rank of vassal-knight,
and the lands are held of the Duke of Lindsey.

Of Dara's immediate family, the following people might be alive:

Augusta: mother, old and feeble, but still mentally capable, age 55.
Cassia: older sister, currently managing the manor as best she can, age 35.
Darius: twin brother, missing, presumed dead, lost on the Grail Quest, age 30.
Octavia: youngest sister, interested in getting married, age 21.

	Augusta is a stern Roman matron, pious, hardworking, and fiercely
loyal to her family. She permits Dara's deception, although she feels it
violates the natural God-given order of things, since it permits the family
to continue holding its own lands.

	Cassia is a capable, hardworking manager of the lands. Like her
mother, she is extremely pious, and spent many of her years in a nunnery.
She tolerates no waste and no frivolity. She strongly disapproves of Dara's
masquerade, but stays absolutely silent on the matter, since the family's
holdings depend on it.

	Darius was an extremely promising young knight before he disappeared
on the Grail Quest. He would be much like Dara, but less given to brooding
and more to impulsive acts of generosity and valor. He was last seen late
in the year 554.

	Octavia is the spoiled younger sister, who's always had it too good.
Presently, she's interesting in getting married and living someplace other
than the boring manor house. She admires her adventurous older sister, but
has little grasp of what the real world is like.
